About Me

Thank you for visiting my website. I have been teaching private lessons to children and adults of all levels for over 12 years. Prior to becoming a stay at home mom, I taught beginning band for 10 years, grades 4-6, at Barstow Unified School District.

I received my Bachelors of Music Education and Music Therapy from Wartburg College, Waverly, IA in 1997, and my Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Chapman University in 2005.

My home studio is located in the High Desert and serves the communities of Barstow, Yermo, Daggett, Ft. Irwin, Hinkley, and other surrounding towns. I understand that all students have different goals, and that is why my lessons are customized to meet your needs.

I am also available for your music needs such as weddings, memorial services, performances and accompaniment, holiday parties or any other special events you would like piano music.
